    Am very grateful for the lecture about leading quietly, have learnt alot of things i never known, it was so helpful a lecture. Its true that we can lose a very precious opportunity in our leadership should we just look at things being messed up with others which maybe our leader or senior in one way or the other. The lecture have given another way to look at leadership.
